No responsibility by Aralie Naturals LLC, its employees, or affiliates, is taken for the misuse in any way of the information provided herein.  Benefits of essential oils and natural ingredients are alternative treatments and not meant to be used as a substitute for modern medical intervention.  The FDA has not evaluated any statement made within our web site or labeling.  None of the information provided is meant to be used as a prescription, medical advice or therapeutic advice.  No Aralie Naturals LLC product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.  No liability is taken by Aralie Naturals or its employees, or subsidiaries for any claims arising out of the misuse or otherwise of any Aralie Naturals LLC product.


Keep all Aralie Naturals products out of the reach of animals.  No Aralie Naturals products have been tested on and are not intended to be used on animals.  Keep all Aralie Naturals LLC products out of reach of children.  Check with  your child's physician and test for allergies to ingredients used within our formulations before using any Aralie Naturals LLC product on minor children under your care.Those pregnant or nursing a baby, have epilepsy, heart disease, diabetes, or high blood pressure need to seek the advice of a healthcare professional before using any Aralie Naturals LLC product.  We cannot be held responsible for allergy reactions.  It is the end user's responsibility to be aware of their own allergies.  If you have never used our products before and are unsure if you have allergies to any ingredient listed on the package, you should refrain from use and should consult your   physician and be under their advisement.  Skin patch test new products before using.  This should be done under direction of your physician by applying a small amount of product to the skin on your inner arm or other suitable testing site as directed by your physician.  Discontinue product use and do not use if redness or irritation  occurs.  Keep all Aralie Naturals LLC products away from eyes and mucous membranes.


PRIVACY AND SECURITY

We keep your personal  information private and secure.  At no time do we store credit card number information on any of our local systems.  When you make a purchase from our site, your credit card information is encrypted on your computer and is then passed securely to the bank for authorization of payment.  We securely retain your order details, billing address and shipping address along with your contact information, but we do not have access to your credit card number details.  We will never sell any personal information to any entity.  We will never take part or intentionally divulge any personal information included in your orders, or any details of personal interactions with us, to any other entity other than when officially requested in writing by a law enforcement agency.

Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices.  Please consult each site's privacy policy.  Aralie Naturals LLC is not responsible for the actions of third parties. 


ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.


ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT TYPES

We accept the following credit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.  


We accept company and personal checks in U.S. Dollars only.  Please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed.  We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.


 TAXES

Vermont State Sales Tax of 6% will be charged on orders from Vermont residents and shipped to a  Vermont address.


TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

Aralie Naturals LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order listed with an incorrect price whether shipped or not and credit card adjustment processed.


MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS

For larger multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all products in your order at the same time.  If we cannot ship entire order we will notify you of the change and ship when product becomes available within shipping terms stated.


BACK ORDERS

Occasionally we may be needing materials to process your order within normal expected shipping times.   We will contact you within one business day of  placing your order.  You can at that time choose to have us continue to process your order or you may cancel your order.


SHIPPING

Larger wholesale orders will usually ship within 7-10 business  days.    Smaller orders placed after 9:00 AM EST will ship within 3-5 business days.  We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  Actual transit times vary and are under the control of the shipping carrier.


We do not ship internationally at this time.


Lost of damaged items should be reported to us as soon as you receive your package  or have not received it within the expected delivery time.   Please do not discard damaged cartons or product.    We will instruct you how to make a damage claim.


RETURNED SHIPMENTS

If UPS or USPS has difficulty delivering your shipment, you must make arrangements for proper delivery with us or with the carrier before your shipment is returned to us.  UPS will return packages after 3 delivery attempts, USPS immediately upon insufficient delivery data, it is you the customer's responsibility to properly provide a correct deliverable shipping address upon checkout or placing your phone order or make arrangements with UPS to pickup your  package before the package is returned to us.  Shipments returned to us will be held for reshipment at customer cost.  All costs associated with returning the package to our facility will be charged to customer.  


SHIPPING COST ADJUSTMENTS AND ADMINISTRATION CHARGES

We will charge a $10.00 fee to cover administration and order adjustment costs in addition to any and all adjustment charges assessed to us by the carrier if misrepresentation of delivery address type occurs either knowingly or unknowingly at checkout.  


RETURNS

All products we manufacture carry a 30 day unconditional refund guarantee from date of sale.  Please email joyce@aralienaturals.com to let us know you are returning a product and how we may best help you.  Any unauthorized return of product may be disposed of without compensation.   As a manufacturer we do not redistribute any returned products.
